Since Techart Technical Services LLC was founded (2007) the Company has steadily built a valued client base, based upon two key principles: Quality and Value for Money. Working to these principles has helped us to achieve regular repeat business and is an aspect that we consider vital to our continued success.
TTS has an experienced management team with considerable experience of working on a variety of projects and which should be of great advantage to ‘The Client’. The works consists of the internal/external redecoration and repair of a variety of buildings ranging from schools; general housing stock; residential villas and commercial premises. Each of these areas requires a very different approach in the way the project is handled and executed. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand and adapt to the Client’s needs and sensitivities prior to work commencing on site, and adapting our working practices to incorporate any site specific sensitivities or H&S issues.
In conjunction with our Painting & Decorating service we also provide a service which involves the cleaning/servicing of UPVC window systems. The typical work content would involve the cleaning both internally and externally of the window and the lubrication of all moving parts. At this stage a survey of the window would also be undertaken. The survey would detail any defective parts such as hinges, locking mechanisms etc. The results of the survey would then be passed onto the Client for approval.
